How did you get involved with the beauty industry?

I'm a woman striving to achieve the best version of myself, making it easy now to share my knowledge and experiences. I’m extremely sensitive, have high standards, and aim for excellence, which naturally led me to create skincare products.

What process goes into creating a product?

It begins with identifying a need or symptom. Next, I research the symptom and underlying causes, then develop a treatment. Afterward, I formulate cosmetics designed to address the root causes. My goal is always to utilize beneficial, effective ingredients, thus creating 100% natural products. This presents significant challenges, complicating production. My creams require manual crafting, making mass production impossible. Yet, prioritizing quality and maximizing high-tech active ingredients defines DRHAZI's luxury standard.

Do you personally develop every product?

Yes, which carries great responsibility and considerable pressure. While we produce over 100 types of cosmetics, it’s not strictly necessary for me to craft each one personally. However, I choose to do so, as this enables continuous innovation and direct engagement with emerging ingredients and technologies. Likewise, I perform most facial diagnoses and supervise holistic treatments in our salons, continually fueling development.

What ingredients do you use?

We incorporate over 600 natural active ingredients. I particularly love herbal and aromatherapy, sourcing plants globally and preparing extracts ourselves to remain chemical-free. My life has been full of adventures, challenges, and personal tests, naturally prompting deep self-awareness and understanding of the world. I'm grateful for embracing these challenges, allowing me to live authentically. For me, work is a calling and joy.

Fortunately, positive changes have occurred recently, revealing two main trends. One trend emphasizes masking and hiding symptoms, while the other, which I support, addresses root causes and promotes harmonious, holistic beauty. Both are important, depending on individual needs. The industry must precisely identify its audience to foster supportive communities.

You exercise daily and practice facial massages you've developed. What's the benefit?

It saves my life daily! Given my intense workload and environmental stress, balancing myself is essential. Additionally, it shapes my body and beautifies my face. I firmly believe a holistic lifestyle brings balance, harmony to relationships, and genuine external beauty.

How do you train your team?

Initially, new hires perform trial massages, focusing not on technique but on the quality of touch. Successful candidates then learn a fundamental 45-minute cosmetic massage through videos, practicing on each other before testing on me. I then teach essential manual therapy techniques, refining their methods until perfection. Regular practice and ongoing training enhance our therapists’ abilities.

What are today's main skin problems?

Environmental toxins and stress are our greatest threats. Often, our poor choices exacerbate the issue. My experience is that everyone has fundamentally normal skin—the key is maintaining or restoring balance. Thankfully, solutions always exist!

Do you have hobbies despite your busy schedule?

I love gardening, food, hiking, movies, books, music, working, and learning. Life itself feels like my hobby!
